Adding to my last post, Mr. Kampa said that Regan"did what he had to do" with the oil wells. He also said that net income from the wells does not pay interest on the debt. He added that refracturing would probably increase net but only after pouring money into the effort. "Too much distraction" he said about the wells on at least two occasions. He mentioned a private equity group(Simon?) that he is/ or will be looking to for funding but that the funding would be easier to acquire if the company was heading in only one direction.
He also stated he is looking to divest the wells within the next two weeks although noone is yet on the hook.
I was really surprised with his lack of knowledge when asked if the wells were vertical or horizontal and if there is a recent estimated worth, but, he gained more of my respect when he actually said" I don't know" instead of rambling on with legalese double talk.
He may not know oil but my gut tells me he will get it done.
He said there are 16-18 pats pndg and that the S/E(A/V) patent is pending.

When questioned by a young lady in the group about his six month employment contract he replied that he was aware of Exobox from early on and that as far as he was concerned the contract could be cancelled because he plans to stay on.
