Well it looks to me like no one is selling and their plan hasn't worked. They have been holding it down and manipulating for the last three days and the PPS has held steady.

I've only been in for a week however I have listened in to several other CCs with different companies. Usually, the information to be put out is not released beforehand. Depending on the type and detail of questions asked, a lot of important information can be taken away from the call. Information, which if posted to the board as a sticky, can do wonders for the pps. If there is good news and the launch is on schedule, it will not take long for that news to travel and cause a positive pop. It is, IMO, important for someone [large holder] to take notes and post the CC summary, bullet points, to this board for others to read.

Holding the CC after hours is for the benefit of the shareholder not the MMs. It allows people at work to attend the call whereas holding the CC earlier prevents people from calling from work.

If the news is awesome, then buying pressure will offset NITE. The key, of course, is not to sell below .03 and force the buyers to come up to you.
