Your right about Austria. I think, the people of Europe and far more disciplined than here in the USA! Alway have been!
The schools there don't put up with the BS that's gone down in our schools, starting a the least, 30 years ago.
Back in my youthful years, 40/50'ies, it was ALL very different back then, then now! For one, ALL the patents back the Techers 100%! I don't recall ANYONE dropping out of school either.
In Portland some high schools have a 30% drop out rate.
Back then too, NO TV, Internet, terrible PC games, and movies, cell phones, Malls...etc...
I've read a lot about Australia and New Zeland too.
My only problem with them is, it's to DAM HOT there!~LOL...
A cable TV guy just left. He hooked up a DVR box to our TV for us.
Just 10 bucks a month, to record any TV shows and file them away too, if you want to.
While watching a TV show, we now can hit the pause button and go potty or get drinks and snacks. It keeps recording that show. Then hit play and it picks it up were we left off.
