Yeah I realize that's the case, you would think WMI/Weil would have initailly intended on saving equity based on the evidence found in discovery. This proves my point that wamu is no saint either....
So maybe we should just start saying GO EC instead of wamu ...lol

ANd of course one of the specific objectives of the BK proceedings is pay off creditors as much as possible with any assets from the estate. We are unsecured creditors but creditors just the same and the UST and the THJW are going to stand up for us. Ain't life wonderful!!lol
