I'm not convinced of that. Otherwise rational people just go nuts over an R/S. I'd hope to have significant revenues and be closing in on profitablity before having to consider a R/S.

I just wanted to poiint out here that I haven't recommended this as a flip to anyone. In fact, I'm sure I clearly stated that my advice was to roll up a cash free position and ride the profit.
