OK, I'll bite. Why do you think WOWGREEN is so intent on acquiring this 51% stake in GRBG's preferreds? Seems to me there is a contradiction here -- on the one hand, GRBG is worthless in your eyes, and on the other hand, WOWGREEN is about to scam us common shareholders by acquiring this gem through the back door.
Just to let you know. I owned another pink stock that was bought out the same way. The price jumped from .0002 to .0022. 9 month later it's selling at .0008.

"R/S","Takeovers", "NO OFFER for the common shares", "Bill is the only one getting cash out of this deal"... these are all negative guesses on your part.
