Strange decision to go Chap 11 now...guessing they needed leverage to settle with remaining debt-holders and lessors. You can't bluff well unless you're willing to pull the trigger once in a while. At least it's not chapter 13. A company with Mesa's revenues should do remarkably well after flushing the debt. I'm sticking around and will likely buy into the new plan.
