My 2 cents

This company is the only cd protection company that has put out a product that has reached #1 with a freaking 3 inch silver label on the cover saying it is protected by Sunncomm.

Now I don't know who here has any marketing experience with large companies, but when there is a new product out there is months of testing and research done. RCA (BMG) released Velvet Revolver's cd with Sunncomm as a test market product. It takes months to get the numbers back to BMG and then a few more months of implementing changes to the product (which they have just done with MM5) and then a full rollout. I'm sure BMG is looking at cd sales of Velvet Revolver, all the news about piracy and pre-releases, online music downloads, and deciding the best route. Obviously MediaMax 5 is the best route right now.

Anyday we will see a pr about a cd that will have MM5 on it. And it won't be some lame artist it will be a BIG anticipated cd. Sunncomm knows that and so does BMG, EMI, & Koch. A BIG name artist will draw attention and get the other labels to rethink about SunnComm.

It is going to happen, we will see an EMI artist's cd with MM on it and we will see an increase in share price. But not til we get some real news, period.

Bashers are just mad cause they lost their money on other stocks and are holding on to SCMI with hopes they can get their money back. They're just mad at themselves, not Peter.

Jarvis,

"the intention of the company to treat 450 million as the limit."

Yes, that is what I have been told with great clarity and emphasis by IR. There is awareness that the large number of shares is by no means a positive feature.

I agree with you that any raising of that ceiling would be totally unwelcome. In all my communications with SunnComm I have stressed that very point.
