Just because you buy at your own risk does not give good ole JD the right to cheat people. This guy is a complete fraud. Tell me where your shares of etc are? I am tired of reading all of the b.s. posts about how market makers are destroying this stock. JD has destroyed this stock plain and simple. That last pr was all you need to know about this guy.
By the way you are all wondering why you have not heard from your hero? It is because so many people (myself included) have reported him to the SEC after that last pr. That dummy knows he screwed up big time with that last pr. I am still waiting for a simple explanation for the following things from my last post.
1. End of July: 10,000 fixture order from a client to be named in approximately 30 days. We are still waiting for that.
2. Committed to providing financials in a more timely manner. You are still waiting for 3rd quarter financials.
3. Has never met a sales projection. Not a single time. He has already downgraded 2010 by approx 50% even though he has this super terrific ETC product that is going national.
4. The ETC website still only has a bathroom cabinet and nothing else. It occurs to me the largest part of that business would be the kitchen cabinetry, however they are nowhere to be seen on the site. I wonder why he is trying to spend as little as possible on that site? Hmmm...
5. A supposed stock dividend in a private company that is going to provide fully audited financials with a targeted ex date of Jan 1st. I work in corporate actions and we rarely see equity actions with an ex date of Jan 1st. That is simply just not practical especially when the the 2nd and 3rd are a weekend. It is now the 4th and no press release, very suspicious. For the most part the only actions with an ex date of 1/1 are calls on bonds.
6. Has struck a deal with a national retailer and once again he cannot tell you everything right now. Just wait a little while longer and he is just going to blow everyone away with news. It occurs to me you do not release a pr until you have actual information with details to announce.
Here is a great marketing plan for JD. With every purchase of an ETC brand cabinet you get a soap filled sponge and a bottle of enzyme wow cleaner to clean up any spills on the cabinet. Sounds like a deal to me.
