Previouis post got truncated on constitutionality of CLINTON'S health care reform. I don't know why. Here's the link to the entire Justice Department's memorandum in support of the Clinton health care reform legislation in 1993. I suspect similar arguments will be used to defend the constitutionality of the present health care reform legislation. However, the make-up of the present Court assures that arguments against the constitutionality of the present proposed health care reform will get a very sympathetic ear.
