There's almost no one in lower with any significant amount of shares below .0008, myself included. That means bidwackers and sellers at these levels are getting out with a loss or even at best. Given these facts we know there's really no downside from these levels. Everyone needs to chill, the ask is thin and she will run when she's good and ready. Personally, I think the company made a mistake releasing the PR last week instead of today after the holidays are over and everything is back to normal.
