Sorry if you feel I am mis leading any one, the board mod confirmed yesterday that the company publically announced that they will up list and the name change and symbol change would need to be done. I do stand to be corrected, I apologize for my error. Good luck to you either way, if you do not feel comfortable with this stock and you wish to not have a position I fully understand, with the many hours of DD I have done, I believe this to be a solid play going forward. I see one thing here in the very near future.

there is a time clause that allows a company to remove the 15-12G and return back to BB status ...i believe they have till the end of Jan to do it...if you read some of the info here you will find that the CEO has indicated their intention is do go back to BB
