are you saying Megas sold the shares into the market without first creating them or not?
Somebody dumped shares..and Megas says someone "issued" those shares..and it seems the DTCC has evidence of that..and wants Megas to respond with his knowledge of that...and he refuses.
Megas covered those shares and made them part of the o/s, for himself..somehow..a lightbulb should be going on..this is not that hard to understand.
