Yep keep listening to doug and you will be at .001 while he has been long gone. a WELLS is never a good thing. Did doug also tel you that as long as the company doesn't put out the 10K/Q etc, they will languish on the greys until revoked?
Right now an SPNG wells submission and or the 10K/Q would be an admission of guilt on all counts. IMO you will never see a Wells submission or a 10K/Q
