I assume you're talking about the second column not being decimal aligned since the rest look fine to me. You'll need to do some manual tweaking. Use the pre tags, then do a Preview and tweak by adding spaces as needed. Forcing Excel to have a set number of decimal points would also help.

In row 1, column 2 is shifted 5 spaces to the left. In row 3, columns 2, 3 and 4 are shifted 5 spaces to the left
