I tried buying this with scottrade. This is what I get (Please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security). This is the reason why EXPH will not go up. Sell orders only. I think its a great buy. If they remove the buy restriction this is going north. GLTY

ETC will be fantastic in 2010 imo (immediately profitable also). ETC will "dwarf" EXPH. Oh, and EXPH will be a benefactor of making product for ETC. WIN-WIN with 2 stand alone companies. Cant wait for the revs for 2010 to begin!
