I don’t think so. The excerpt you cited (from #2140) seems as valid today as it was when it was written several months ago. The issues I mentioned then were the dose and the frequency of treatment; these are the same issues we are debating today.
What has changed is that I am not quite as confident that there is a dose and dosing schedule that will be safe, efficacious, and practical.
