I think there is a dual reason for PETD's drop, the last earnings reports showed a lack of QOQ (not YOY) growth in bottom line, indicating possibly a large hedge position on crude which prevented them from benefiting from higher crude and gas prices. The second reason might be the decline of crude from $55 to $48. I agree with you that buying in the $30/$33 might be fruitful, however. They might have been "overpunished". As for insiders transaction, I see predominantly sales rather than buys, however.
