Yes, This is just what I heard through the grape vine. Nothing confirmed.

Good point. No one knows for sure,

and I would stay away from saying it
is fact. If it does not happen then
345 is going to get the 'foot'

My feeling is it is just the next step
for the KiddieAlert to take it to the
next level. CEO has been at it for
quite some time and it usually takes
years to patent a product in the USA,

but...until he anounces it if we mention
it we should be sure to clarify that
this is purely speculation.
