Hey King. Maybe Laidlaw is taking the advice of posters on here and now they are finally extending timelines beyond where they think they should be.

Sure would be nice to see a PR stating the biomass facility will be running in 2014, then come 2012 they come back with a pr and say they are done.

Better than saying the facility will be running by 2011 and not finished until 2014. We have been through this before.
