Are you familiar with the term PROPAGANDA? His employees are happy only to the degree that they have limited other options. I have spoken with people who know them. Many of them have no other real career options, this is their BIG break. They have no other corporate experience and want to stick it out to see if their stock options will pan out. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain if it works. Most of them have never worked for a company this big and also no have real career experience to draw on to that would launch them into better jobs. Their happiness or lack there of is not relevant to me, it's a logical thing. Why would they want to bite the hand that feeds them? Would you. Don't get me wrong. I too have a huge stake in this company financially speaking, hence my concerns. But my job doesn't depend on it's success or failure like theirs. Not to imply that their statements are untrue, but motive is everything.
I agree however that the COO is a real assett to the company. Let's hope he is able to contribute in a positive way that impacts the bottom line. I will be watching. As a long and who holds heavy investments in SEVU, I am critical based on what I've seen and what I know and have a right to be.
