The MM's are a computer system, A low float stock will climb as accumaltion continues, and there float decreases. That is why there can be such drastic differences in the B/A. When there is plentiful shares available they make money and lower the ask to receive there commissions and attract buyers. Right now they have practically no shares to disburse, hence no need to lower the ask.
edit, Now there slowly building back at the 82's then it shall slowly climb from there
