When a dividend is either a reverse or forward split of the original stock and CUSIP number those dividends are tradeable within a few days . The spin-off dividends that I have received have not been tradeable , BUT , I do know of some spin-off dividends from stocks that I have not owned that have become tradeable .
The spin-off Dividends MUST acquire their own CUSIP number and new a trading ticker in ALL instances , so those would be the Regulatory
requirements for the ETC Dividend to become publicly tradeable .
