I haven't forgotten about the MA projects and I'm excited to hear more about them. I just didn't expect that Berlin was going to require 3 years for construction given that there is an existing facility, boiler, and smokestack. Apparently neither did LLEG because the website still claims commercial operations in Berlin by 2011 (which is improbable given the 4-year permit plus construction timeline).
I'm guessing many other investors did not expect a 4-year timeline from today and the PPS reflects the disappointment.
what makes you think that lleg has 37.5% in the massachusetts projects.. the pr seems to indicate that it goes into th homeland portfolio.. what do you know that you can tell us??
