I agree Josh, why a PR if there hasn't been an OK from the SEC? I think BIHC will emerge from the dead (greys) and blow some shorts out of the water. BIHC needs a CEO that knows markets and the dangers of them too.
I think BIHC wouldn't have been suspended if we'd had a CEO that knew more about public companies and the SEC.
If BIHC were dead or dying they wouldn't have posted a PR's like the recent ones.
