if spongy does not file - there is no 211 .. if spongy does not file - they can and will be revoked by the SEC ...

spongy's options

1)stay and trade on the greys until revoked
2)file and move up ..
3) when the investigation is over or settled - they will be free to seek a buy out - no company will negotiate with a company under formal investigation facing possible huge fines and sanctions they would inherent

what other options are there?

unless due to negotiations it has been preapproved...yes i said preapproved..by the powers that be..as with the wave of a hand...just like that...

well going by how things ordinarily go, that would be true...but it could be that spng is being handled a bit out of the ordinary....and after the 211 approval the mm would handle all the trades for a period of time...and that quite likely will be in the hundreds of millions of shares traded daily for a while...thats a lot of trades..and a lot of money...

its all possible...how possible?...to each his own...but its possible enough that your calling anyone a bald faced liar for believing in that possibility is completely unjustified..

i mean really...everyone has their opinions..and if someone has that opinion, hes entitled to it..and entitled to express it...without any personal condemnation or attacks by anyone...
