In the unaudited financials SARS state that they have had several judgements against them and they have set aside $100K to cover these. In fact they have had judgements for considerably more than this. They owe for leases that they walked out on. They owe for equipment that was supplied. They owe plenty and if any money can be raised it will go towards paying court costs and judgements. IMO its time to get out while there is something to get out.
