Well, I feel like the trustee will appoint an EC, or else we'd have to take the route they took with CEMJQ. I forgot, did the trustee refuse to appoint that case an EC?

The fact that the UST was moving on 'Extigent Circumstances' tell me the EC is going to be formed.

Well we know that is not going to happen since the US TRUSTEE has already got a Court Order for the list of equity holders.
