Thanks ILVMNY, that was my feeling that it would be better to be in both as well, unfortunately I am all in WAMUQ and now stuck because I am in the red, if this goes above .14 again I will split in half between both stocks

I was seeing on the board that the judge might let JPM and WAMU come to a settlement. And WAMU lawyers if I understand correctly do not specially care about commons. And JPM did a very complex and snicky engineering of taking over WAMU and perhaps has some responsibility in the WAMUQ ticker going "by error" to 0.01 or lower a couple of days ago for a minute or so (which made me sweat as well).

Given all of this, is there not a good possibility that WAMU and JPM come to a deal where WAMU get something but less than necessary for the common to get their share?
