Yesterday I bought 140k shares and it took hours and was filled in little pieces. About half of them were filled below what I was bidding and not til the end of the day did some fill at my bid price even though the ask went below my bid for a time.

That's a bad sign. For every seller there has to be a buyer. No one interested in buying is bad. Bad stocks are bad.
