I did not expect 3 years construction. I thought that was one of the advantages of existing site, existing boiler, existing stack.

So the plant won't be online/generating revenue until 2014? I don't think anyone on this board predicted a timeline that far into the future.

And before anyone starts jumping down my throat, the LLEG website states:

The Berlin Project is expected to commence commercial operations in 2011.

So how do they expect commercial operations in 2011 if construction lasts thru 2013?
