If it's granted during a hearing, it can be heard on the phone if you're listening to the hearing. It should also be filed on Pacer online. Now, I've read opinions that the judge doesn't have to okay it; that the trustee can just start one. I'm not sure about that yet. But it will be made known, if anything in a PR or news article.
