I don't think the company they signed LOI with is a publicly traded company so i dunno if you'll find that info so easily... however, I don't think TWO seperate companies would PR a complete lie. ICBT is a legit company and they been working on this AI thing with Trendsoft for a while now. They got a whole separate thing with the water treatment going too (which is the real gem of this company as soon as they start landing US contracts which they just PR'd was about to get started up).
