Thanks for pointing out part of the problem. That you and others of your ilk actually know people at FINRA. That is a potential problem and points to the potential accuracy of some of the comments made by darklady in regards to them trying to help out or being influenced by their friends. It shouldnt be that way and I hope that isnt interfering with the process. That isnt the way the system is supposed to work. They shouldnt be negatively influenced by people like you and your cronies. You should have absolutely no voice in this process. It would be akin to fixing an election.
