yes indeed, reviewing a application for the 211 process is far different than .. what people are claiming ..

its clear they're claiming interference or manipulating the process ..to hold spongy back

now thats kind of hard to do since no Market Maker has filed for the 211 sponsoring spongy

and since the requirement are the company must file current financial's ..

this entire subject on the 2-11 is really moot
