I was assured via phone and email by the CFO that they would not be releasing a "preliminary Q".

You do realize that in order to have "record sales, revenue, etc" they would have a 4th qtr that had over 3.5 million in sales on the heels of having done only 473,000 in sales the quarter immediately prior? Especially when the CFO also stated that the reason the bottom line was looking better was not because of increases in revenues, but rather a decrease in expenses and informed me that the employee number listed on pinksheets.com (27 employees listed there) was not accurate anymore and that it had been greatly reduced as they had shifted more focus to internet marketing while still maintaining their presence at christian book expos.

I find it very hard to believe that the CEO, who doesn't even field Investor phone calls and is very reserved about sending out PRs would all of a sudden on the phone one day tell a caller that they were having "record sales, revenue, etc." and all of a sudden decide that they should send out a preliminary Q with said record revenues.

Sounds more to me like the information being provided to this board is false.

One thing that is certain though is that the CFO of this Christian based company was not pleased about the possibility of fabricated information being thrown around a message board.
