Investors are buying and selling...this has gone from 8 cents to 4 cents...it is now riding the low 4 cent level...there has already been at least one trade in the 3 cent level which shows you that there has not been a permanent buyer at 4 cents or the computer would not have made that match. This is the most likely explanation. Also, it is possible SPNG is buying at 4 cents to generate hype in this "Trading range" scenario you are talking about and selling a lot more shares than they are buying. Might be the only way they can get some traffic on the grey to sell any. Also, very likely. As I said last night, why would someone pay a premium for the stock at 4 cents when they could let it drop into the 2-3 cent range, cause a selling frenzy and clean up at much much lower costs. Who do you know that invests by giving away money? Your scenario just doesn't fit the facts.

john651 they have no answer to that...none of us do..but most of us feel its the GOOD guys doing the buying...while others seem to think its just all bad...dilution, people selling...the sky falling...

I think we get the answer soon..and we also know that Pike has been buying in the past and in the very recent past..so perhaps he is at it again and is buying more...any way you cut it..a stock that can simple drift from 04 to 05 every day, day in and day out..week in and week out ...month in and month out..while they get this SEC situation fixed...its worth buying in my book...way I look at it the down side is way less then the up side...if you lose $4,000.00 on this is that the end of the world...if it is then invest less..but if you did and it took off a hundred thousand shares of a 04 stock looks real nice if the PPS hits the old 52 week high of .285 and it looks even nicer if we see .40, or .50 or .75...Dreams, that what investing is all about...dreaming of the riches and buying this 575859 Chevy pictured in my Signature...good luck.
