Be nice, C.P. I see how difficult this is for you. YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING THAT WILL ROCK YOUR MCLN WORLD. There are always several sides to a story. I like to hear all sides before I begin to condemn someone or something.

They were not happy with the way system processes suction canisters because of the time needed to reach temperature inside of the solidifer in the canister. The system was designed to process mixed loads of waste NOT suction canisters alone.
