The install @ Provena was put in during Q2 2008. I was out there during July 2008 to provide training. I don't believe Provena is being removed, however I know they are not happy with the way the system processes suction canisters. My contact @ Provena was John Obremski in the EVS Dept. He had a day supervisor by the name of Diane Swords who oversaw the machine operators and the daily usage.
