Clinton did nothing about previous attacks under his watch and that just embolden the terrorist. All that goofball election result crap delayed Bush getting his administration together. There was no sucessful attack in the eight years after 9/11 under the Bush administration. Can't say he same thing only eleven months under Obama. So why do you think that is?
