#35759 RE: Rick-UK #35750

do the math.....I'm going to use some VERY rough numbers...if the "new" m/a brings their total (commission only, I might add) underwriting team to 100, and each one has a 1 deal per month closing quota with an average deal of 170,000 which equates to a $5,000 gross (3-4%) profit to the company, that is 500K monthly in gross revenue....they typically have been net netting 50% ....that is 250,000 a month times 12 months (figuring no expansion) is $3M net profit divided by 30M shares is 10 cents per share....figure a multiplier of 8-10 gives you a price per share of 80 cents to a dollar......all the above numbers are either based on EXPU historic figures or guessimated on the conservative side.....additionally, I believe economies of scale will increase the bottom line even further.....btw, a $25,000 per month burn rate is excessively lean!......even if all of the above numbers were ONLY 20% realistic, that would give a share price of 16-20 cents...seems like a no brainer......please do your own DD, this is ONLY MY OPINION!!!
