paulitools, good to have a prior MedClean employee aboard. I'm sure you'll have plenty of reasonable requests for information. What were your duties at MedClean and who did you report to ? Since you mentioned equipment removal from multiple hospitals in the last few months perhaps you can furnish readers with the names and locations of these hospitals and information about why the equipment was removed.
Hope you'll find the above questions reasonable and I know others along with me will appreciate your responses.

Paulie, I think it is to be expected that some may question your authenticity here given your claim as a former employee, possibly with an axe to grind. Verifying your claim will position you differently. Why don't you post your e-mail address or other point of contact so a board member can get your real name and verify prior employment? Otherwise, I'm afraid most will discount your posts.

Paulie - I see that you just upgraded to a premium subscription. I think its safe to say we are all looking forward to your next post. My questions are below.

1. If things are as bad as you say, how did they produce increased revenues in Q3 2009?

2. How many people are left at the company?

3. Are they working from home?

4. What was your role there?

5. Who did you report to?

6. Which hospital(s) have requested that the equipment be removed?

7. If they don't have an engineering department, who is manufacturing/servicing the equipment?

8. What was your impression of the management team? Many on this board have done their DD on these guys and have found them to be of the highest caliber. Looking for your feedback.

Finally, in general terms, if this company is such a debacle, how did they secure the contract with MedAssets (MDAS) as well as the financing with Socius?
