That is not JD saying he stands by 6 million. That is him saying he stands by his guidance.

The most recent guidance I can find that he issued was on September 28. He did not say 6 million then.

Since he will no longer communicate with me or you we need somebody to ask him to give a number, not just say he confirms guidance.

Can somebody please ask him? He of course shouldnt give an exact number, but he should have no problems committing to a number a bit below 6 million if he stands behind 6 million.

Maybe ask "JD can you confirm that revenues will be greater than 5 million for 2009"

I think a million dollar cushion is more than fair considering it is Dec 28.

Please throw us a bone or something JD. Keeping silent on numbers the entire month? He really doesn't care about his stock does he?

Or maybe, just maybe the numbers are reasonably good and it doesn't matter to him when he releases them.

I think he is just over all the drama of us all and done filing... for now.
