that's easy.. My next door neighbor comes to my place everyday to do some minor cleaning that I pay for because she doesn't have too much dough. She is my best friend, has been for 15 years, and I told her that if she comes in one day and finds me "not too lively", to just clean the place out. She knows where I stash my cash, and she knows my pin numbers, so she can take possession of anything liquid or sellable. Then I told her to call the ambulance and let the city pay for the cremation LOL
