neither the SEC nor SPNG have stated that the investigation has ended. why would you believe otherwise?

2 lies? How so? Do you PERSONALLY know the SEC investigation is still "ongoing" as you continue to claim on here? Fact is, you don't.

1) I called the SEC ( call yourself ) .. asked them about the investigation and they told me they don't comment on INVESTIGATIONS.

Second, investigations are kept confidential to protect the reputations of companies and individuals if we find no wrongdoing or decide we cannot bring a successful action against them. As a result, the SEC will not confirm or deny the existence of an investigation unless, and until, it becomes a matter of public record.

I called FINRA last week ( 3rd call to check since suspension ) - they have NO RECORD of any 211 filing from any MM for spongy ( call yourself
- they will comment )

If the investigation was over' spongy would be screaming it from the roof top .. same as the 211 filing
