that is strange. wonder if they did that because they were getting so many calls and didn't want to deal with it. i ran into the same issue when SPNG was supposedly going to do a reverse split. I called FINRA and was told that SPNG never submitted any paperwork. I called a few days later and was immediately told they cannot divulge that information. as we all know they never proceeded with the R/S.
in this case if FINRA is really dragging their feet then that might be the reason why they are now hush hush. or like i initially said they were just inundated with calls regarding the topic
oh btw do you remember who called FINRA most recently and reported back to the board so i can do a search of their messages. thanks
