thank you Finta. glad to see there are other longs here that see right through this. last time i checked FINRA received no 211 form from SPNG and there is no reason why the A/S is 3 Billion shares. someone tried suggesting that it was to prevent voting power being lost but when was the last issue that went up to vote AND why not keep the A/S where it is but increase just class B shares that have 100 times voting power. makes no sense.
