I'm glad your life works like you have anticipated. For most of us mortals, we have to work hard, learn, keep pushing, and eventually we have something good to look back upon. The armchair management style you exemplify is unrealistic at best, shameful at worst, IMO.

Good post! Its a shame that their are going to be good people going down with this ship! AGAIN.....their is reason why this deposit was never touched by the big boys........Looks like the state of the art floation mill is not so floaty.....IMO.
