JD just restated what is already in a public PR of 12/2/09 that the ETC dividend date is around January 1st. Nothing new. If they don't give us an official ex-date for the ETC dividend, then we know they are not hyping EXPH's price, because they really should be letting everyone know via PR the exact date ex-date for the ETC dividend. To not do so, is not keeping with industry norms.
