So you have seen stocks on the grays that have an even penny floor like this?

To have a bottom price like 0.04 means someone is buying, doesn't matter what market.

If you agree that someone is buying at 0.04 then who do you think it is?

If you disagree then why does it never drop below 0.04 or go above 0.05, look at the chart....strange, something is going on.
